Employment Documentation and Training
Our firm’s lawyers are experienced in the preparation of employment documentation ranging from employment handbooks to harassment policies, to employment and independent contractor agreements and separation documentation. We have developed programs for training workers, managers, human resources personnel, and senior executives concerning employment practices and legal constraints. We routinely counsel senior executives concerning liability issues and do not, as a philosophical matter, “choose a side” regarding our lawyers’ general orientation to workplace issues and the law. We serve our business clients by investigating alleged instances of workplace violations and harassment, and prepare reports on the basis of which workplace decisions can be made. We have developed conciliation techniques intended to limit workplace issues and related disputes.
