Kimberlee S. Bogen

Kimberlee S. Bogen is a graduate of Smith College (B.A., cum laude, 1976) and St. John’s University School of Law (J.D., Honors, 1979), where she was a Member and Survey Editor of the Law Review. Ms. Bogen’s practice areas include corporate law, commercial and intellectual property transactions and litigation. Ms. Bogen, who maintains her own office in San Francisco, California, works actively in the internet and digital media fields, and is President of the Telecommunications Commission of the City and County of San Francisco. She is has over 20 years of experience counseling start-up and development stage companies and funding arrangements. Ms. Bogen is the author of The Interactive Multimedia Sourcebook (Templin Bogen Associates, 1995; R.R. Bowker, 1997), and Software Intellectual Property Protection: A Strategic Guide to Establishing Proprietary Rights to Protect Competitive Advantage (Electronic Trends Publications, 1993). Ms. Bogen is admitted to practice in California and New York, and has been admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Ninth Circuits and numerous Federal District Courts in California and New York.
