Carlos Fraticelli
Carlos Fraticelli is a graduate of Polytechnic University (B.S., magna cum laude, 2001), now the Polytechnic Institute of New York University, and received his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (J.D. 2009), with a concentration in Intellectual Property. Following his college graduation, Mr. Fraticelli worked as a computer programmer and a teacher in the New York City public school system, where he was a Teaching Fellow. During law school, Mr. Fraticelli worked in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Kings County, interning with the Hon. Gerard H. Rosenberg, and with a law firm specializing in employment discrimination litigation. Joining Reavis Parent Lehrer LLP as an Associate in 2010, Mr. Fraticelli has focused on technical intellectual property matters, intellectual property litigation, and employment-related disputes. Mr. Fraticelli is fluent in Spanish, and is a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association and the Copyright Society of the United States of America. He is admitted to practice in New York and is currently preparing to take the Patent Bar Exam.
