Mark H. Moore – Partner
Mark H. Moore graduated from Michigan State University (B.A., with high honors, 1978) and received his law degree from Columbia University School of Law (J.D., 1982) where he was Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Social Problems. Mr. Moore’s practice focuses on complex business litigation, arbitration, mediation and dispute resolution. He has represented a broad range of clients, from individuals and small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Moore’s areas of litigation have included employment disputes (including, e.g., cases involving executive contracts, noncompetition provisions and claims of discrimination), securities matters (including, e.g., cases involving fraud, mergers and acquisitions, financial advisory agreements, collateralized mortgage and loan obligations, swaps and other derivative products, and class actions), intellectual property issues (including, e.g., artists’ rights, technical copyright, trademark and trade secret disputes), contract disputes of a wide variety, RICO claims, real estate and land use, trade regulation, and bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. Mr. Moore has extensive experience in both trials and appeals in state and federal courts throughout the United States, and has represented clients in arbitrations under the auspices of FINRA, the NASD, the NYSE and the AAA. Mr. Moore is a member of the bar of the State of New York, as well as the bars of the U. S. Courts of Appeal for the Second and Third Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Moore has received the highest (AV) rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. He serves on the Board of Directors of the READ Alliance. He is a Partner of the Firm.
